Earned Free Rounds:

To earn a free round, a card holder must play at least three different courses and have 3 points.  1 point is issued per qualifying rounds as described below.

Once 3 different courses and 3 points are earned, our loyalty system will automatically create a certificate for the earned free round.  

The numbered certificate will be emailed to the customer.  The customer will then print the certificate and bring it in to one of the three courses already played for redemption.  

The 3 points will automatically be deducted when the system recognizes the free round certificate.  Only the redeemed rounds will be removed and all other points on the account will remain as active so they can continue to accumulate future free rounds.

Points Criteria:

For 2012 points will be awarded for any non-third party round paid for.  This would include:

All rack rates, special senior/military, resident/junior/twilight/ etc… 

Rounds that will not be eligible for points:

Groupon/Golf Now/Deal Caddy/Click it/etc…

Any round we give points on will be full value regardless if it is a rack or twilight rate.

Free Round Redemption:

Augustine Golf Club: Mon - Friday anytime and Sat and Sun after 12.

Bull Run Golf Club: Mon - Thurs only.

Blue Ridge Shadows:  Mon - Thurs and Fri - Sun after 1 p.m.

Cannon Ridge Golf Club: Mon - Thurs only.

Links of Gettysburg: Mon - Thurs and Fri - Sun after 2 p.m.

Old Hickory Golf Club:  Mon - Thurs only.

Penn National: Mon - Thurs after 10 a.m and Fri - Sun after 11 a.m.

Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt Club:  Mon - Thurs only.

Royal Manchester Golf Links:  Mon - Thurs only.

Rounds valid for 90 days from receipt of reward.

Not valid on holidays.

Reward Amount is not redeemable for cash and certificate must be presented to receive free round.  Certificate will list courses played and where certificate is redeemable.

Not responsible for lost certificates and cannot be combined with other discounts.

 

All cards issued prior to 2012 will be stamped through 12/31/2011.

Free rounds on these cards do not transfer over and must be redeemed by 3-31-2012.
